Metro Water serves roughly 20,000 households throughout the Casas Adobes, Hub, Thim, Diablo Village, Arboles Viejo, and E&T (Ethel and Tom Water Co.) direct-pay service areas. Metro Water District (Metro Water) was founded with the concept in mind that Metro Water residents wanted to have control of their water quality and cost, and could do so through elected representatives of the Metro Water Board. Unlawful retaliation at customer expense against customers and employees along with the METRO WATER RATE INCREASES to fund unlawful retaliation IS NOT WHAT METRO WATER RATEPAYERS WANT and is a practice that should be discontinued immediately. Misuse of public funds by elected officials is unwise, unwelcome, and may result in restitution payment to the ratepayers and other individuals affected.
Metro Water Tucson has affiliations with the AWWA (American Water Works Association), SAWUA (Southern Arizona Water Utilities Association), AZWater (Arizona Water Association) , CAWCD (Central Arizona Water Conservation District), and CAP (Central Arizona Project).

Metro Water’s legal counsel are members of the AZBAR (Arizona State Bar Association) and bear the responsibility for maintaining the Tucson Metro Water District’s compliance with rules and statutes enforceable under the various jurisdictions of State and Federal agencies such as The United States Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division, Attorney General’s Office Civil rights Division, Arizona Department of Safety and Health (ADOSH)/ Arizona Industrial Commission of Arizona (AZICA.GOV) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). Metro Water legal counsel works closely with the legal Divisions of these agencies when tasked with obtaining the best possible outcome desired by Metro Water’s elected Board of Directors and with indifference to victims of Metro Water Unlawful Retaliation and customers of our Arizona water community unaware of how the ongoing rate increases are being misused. How much longer must we Direct-Pay the rate-increases of Unlawful-Retaliation and do you know a member of the Metro Water Finance Oversight Committee? Metrowater.info/
